Solstice Wreath Making Class

We will sit in ceremony to honor the changing of the seasons and the balance point of the sun in our horizon before working in the ancient way to create a wreath of intention & protection to beautifully honor our homes & plant kin.

To start the afternoon, we will sit in circle and ceremony. We will receive a channeled teaching on the Fall Equinox, and meet in meditation with a couple of the plant spirits who we will be working with to make our charmed wreaths. We will connect in the medicine of community and shared story to honor the shift towards balance and darkness in the Seasons.

Then we will drink tea from Lawless Botanics and have light snacks, while we receive a teaching on the plant kin who will be offered up for our wreath making. We will be woven into a living memory of the plants, our unique ancestors, and the way the plants themselves are our ancestors here on Earth and in our living memories. We will also learn of the medicinal properties of the plants & consider ways that we can be in relationship to the plants through out the Fall.

Then we will weave our Willows into rounds and select the plants we want on our personal wreaths to protect and adorn our home! Each participant will leave with a powerful, meaningful and stunning wreath - truly imbued with the significance of Autumn, the shifting of the light and an ancestral significance as well.
